Home Made Butter

Home Made Butter

Butter can be made at home very easily. I prefer homemade butter rather than the one you get in shops outside.

Let us learn how to make homemade butter.

Method :

Collect full cream from milk along with little milk and add curds to it and keep for 6-8 hrs or overnight for fermentation.

Next day put the fermented creamy curds into a large vessel. I have used 3-4 days collected fermented creamy curds.

Add 3 times water to it. Also add ½ cup luke warm water.

You can either churn curds in a mixie and run for 3-4 mins or you can churn manually by using wooden paddles.
