Idli is commonly prepared in India. Very easy, healthy recipe, easily digestible for all age group.

Sometimes Idli will be left over and we do not want to waste it. How to make use of it ? You can try this Masala Idlis.
Idli 6 nos.
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies 2 nos.
Turmeric 1 pinch
Curry leaves 2-3 strands
Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Garam Masala ½ tsp
Jeera Powder ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves 1 fist full
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Cut Idlis into cubes and keep aside.
In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and heat it.
Add mustard to splutter. Add slit green chillies, turmeric, curry leaves and fry till golden borwn.
Add cut Idli cubes, chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder, salt to taste and toss the Idli cubes. Do not turn around Idli cubes by using a spatula.
Finally add lemon juice, finely chopped coriander leaves and toss it.
Now Masala Idli Cubes are ready to serve. Serve hot.
Do not use hot idlis for preparing Masala Idli Cubes. Do not use spatula or spoon for mixing masala to idlis.
